charging issues

Room size felt cramped for two large bags!!! Electric vehicle charger was confusing and frustrating to use, making the parking experience less pleasant. A fridge for drinks and snacks would really enhance the stay!!!

high laundry prices

you woudl think an Ibis would know how to handle simple check-in, but no, I endured a lengthy 3-hour wait because of their inflexible policies. The laundry prices are absolutely ridiculous too, I mean, who pays 3 euros for a single sock? ! a complimentary upgrade or gift to make up for it woudl ve been nice, but they just don’t care.

The hotel has a modern design that makes the atmosphere very welcoming, especially in the lobby area.

It was quite frustrating trying to get the electric car charging station to work. the instructions were not clear, which meant a lot of back and forth to resolve the issue.

Really loved the super comfy bed! The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the strong WiFi for working. One drawback was that the shower gel wasn't refilled after the last guest. 😕

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis Regensburg Zentrum. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped me with all my inquiries. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, ensuring I had restful nights. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center.

Parking fees are quite high.

Great location close to old town. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Clean, nice room with everything needed, even soundproof for a peaceful night with baby.

The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I appreciated the good sound isolation in my room, allowing for restful nights. It was just a good match for a swift visit in Regensburg with good value. The hotel had excellent WiFi which was a real plus for catching up on some work. If you need parking, be ready to pay extra for it.
